How It Works
The Keurig B-40 coffee maker has a 48-ounce water tank to store water ready for brewing. Instead of adding coffee grinds K-Cups are used which contain the perfect amount of tea, coffee or hot cocoa from a variety of makers. The reservoir holds 6 cups of water before needing to be refilled. The Keurig B-40 requires four minutes to heat the water before use. Once it’s ready to go it will brew a single cup of coffee in under a minute. You can select two cup sizes, regular and travel-sized mug. Clean up is simple as the drip tray is removable and all coffee grinds are contained within the Keurig cup.
